Required School Forms Using Privit
Mercy has teamed with Privit to digitize required Mercy school forms. The Emergency Information, Model Release, Concussion Awareness, Medical Treatment Release, Directory Release and Make A Difference Day forms are now all online. This will greatly save time on paperwork, as some information will automatically populate on forms and updating from year-to-year is now a matter of a few clicks.

Staging a Comeback
Mr. and Mrs. Sill and the Mercy Performing Arts staff encourage you to help the Mercy Auditorium stage a comeback! Auditorium needs include the replacement of the stage floor, wireless microphones and auditorium lighting. Partial funds have been raised at the Auction and from donations made by parents, alumnae and friends.

Summer hours for the Mercy Reception Area are as follows:
- June 4 - 22, 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- CLOSED June 25 - July 31. The whole building will be closed June 25 - 29, due to water shut off and repairs.
- August 1 - 14, 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- August 15 resume normal hours, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Final Exams are Wednesday, May 30 (1st and 2nd hours); Thursday, May 31 (3rd, 4th, and 5th hours); and Friday, June 1 (6th and 7th hours). Exams begin at 8:30 a.m. each day and last one hour and 20 minutes, with 10 minutes between each exam.

10:00 - 11:20 2nd Hour, 4th hour, 7th hour
11:30 - 12:50 5th Hour
