Dear Parents,
Once again Mercy will host a free influenza clinic on Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 in partnership with the Michigan Community Wellness Visiting Nurse Association  (VNA) and Alana's Foundation. The foundation was established in 2009 in memory of then five year old Alana Yaksich who died of influenza in 2003.

All Mercy families are invited to take a sign and please place prominently in your yard to advertise
Mercy's Open House.
 
The signs and metal stakes are ready for pick-up at the Mercy Reception Area and will also be available at the following events:

Mothers Club Meeting Mon, Oct 3 in Media Center   

Dads Club Meeting Tues, Oct 4 in Cafeteria 

 
The Mercy High School Alumnae Board is accepting nominations for the 2017 Distinguished Alumna Award to be presented at Tea for Tuition on April 30, 2017.

An Evening with the University of Notre Dame
Yearbook: The 2017 yearbook is already creating a buzz. At the ybKickstart camp over the summer seniors Maddy Byrnes, Jordyn Kreucher and Sam Schubert received the silver award for their theme designs. Mercy was among the top five schools of more than 30 in attendance. Don't miss your chance to purchase this prize-winning book. Yearbooks are available for $70 at www.yearbookordercenter.com using the code 13826. They will also be sold Oct. 10-14 before and after school.
 

Freshwoman Retreat

The entire freshman class joins together for a required retreat held Wednesday, October 19th from 8am-11:45am. while the sophomore and junior classes are testing. Apex Ministry brings to life the Gospels through juggling and laughing. Throughout the presentation the freshmen have the opportunity to begin to look at how they might use their gifts and talents for the greater glory of God.
