WELCOME TO MERCY

NEW TRANSFER STUDENT VIRUTAL ORIENTATION

Tuesday, August 18, 2020

1:00pm-2:30pm via ZOOM

We are so excited to meet and welcome our new Marlins! This year's new 10th and 11th grade Student Orientation will be hosted virtually via ZOOM on Tuesday, August 18 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.

We are pleased to announce that Mercy High School has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing Privit.

FinalForms allows you to electronically complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school, and athletic participation forms for your daughter(s). FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, saving you time.

JUNE 30  |  11:00AM - 1:00PM

Listed below are detailed instructions by Class Year for the pick-up and drop-off of school items this Tuesday, June 30 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Along the Flagpole Entrance will be tables for CLASS OF 2020 ONLY. Seniors will be able to pick-up artwork, post-graduation materials, certificates, awards as well as drop-off Performing Arts items.

In front of the Auditorium/Gym Entrance, there will be yearbook pick-up and used uniform drop-off, for all Classes.

On June 11, the Mercy administration along with Board of Trustee members attended an online Alumnae Forum led by Laura Merritt Everett '98, Mercy's Director of Alumnae Relations, and Sommer Woods '95, 2016 Mercy Distinguished Alumna of the Year. Over 530 individuals attended, and alumnae representing all decades courageously and openly described interactions with administrators, faculty and fellow students that underscored explicit examples of anti-Black racism and a culture exhibiting micro-aggressions.

SAT and ACT Testing Date Cancellations at Mercy

To commemorate the Class of 2020 on their last day of school, Mercy hosted a socially distant Senior Send Off parade of senior family cars on Friday, May 8. It was such a special, memorable evening filled with Mercy love and sisterhood. Thank you to the Sisters of Mercy and Farmington Hills Police for helping to cheer on our graduates.

MESSAGE FROM MRS. SATTLER MAY 1, 2020

OFFICE OF THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Mercy Family,

At every opportunity we let our students know how much we miss them. These incredible young women are the reason we are committed to offering so many experiences through our E-LEARNING program. We continue to learn, guide, pray, share ideas and laugh with students. During this time, we miss you - our Mercy families - as well! We prayerfully look forward to the time when we can once again personally connect.

Wake up, Mercy! Check out these student video announcements by the Student Government Executive Board. We miss you and hope you are all well!
