IMPORTANT 2025-26 BACK TO SCHOOL DETAILS
READ FAMILY COMMUNICATION HERE OR REFERENCE INFO BELOW.
STUDENT SCHEDULES
The 2025-26 student schedules will be posted on PowerSchool Wednesday, August 6, after 3pm. As a reminder, all families must be sure all required forms, physical and immunization records for incoming students are submitted on FinalForms and your student(s) billing account (including iPad and tuition) is current in order to access Mercy student email, course schedules, and book purchasing.
Mercy utilizes FinalForms for required student record information, signatures and athletic participation forms. New parents should have received an account confirmation email. From this email, please click the registration link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s). Returning parents, your account information is the same as last year. If you haven’t already done so, we kindly request both students and parents complete your FinalForms submission as soon as possible.
- NEW STUDENTS: All students are given a Mercy email address (@mhsmi.org), and will need to sign-in to the account to receive FinalForms information. Please click here for new student email instructions.
If you have questions regarding your daughter's student billing, please login to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account or contact Laura Weller, at lweller@mhsmi.org or 248-893-3546, in the Business Office on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9am and 2pm.
If you are unable to access PowerSchool using your username and password, try resetting your password using the "Having Trouble Signing In?" link. Once in PowerSchool, the "Grades & Attendance" icon will give the list of classes for the whole school year. The "Exp" column lists the hour the class meets. To see a matrix view for the first semester with room numbers, click the "My Schedule" icon. Any periods not listed are unscheduled periods.
Schedules were reviewed by counselors to resolve any known issues. Please have your daughter email her counselor if there is a "true" issue with her schedule (such as an incorrect course, a course not scheduled, or full-year courses not scheduled all year).
Please note: The master schedule was built (sections and staffing) based on student course selections made in the spring. Alternates, at times, were used to complete schedules when necessary. Students with unresolved conflicts in their schedules were emailed. Please have your daughter check for an email from Dr. Kline-Kator or Ms. McMaster regarding any schedule conflicts (current students) or from the Admissions Office (new students). Students should then contact their counselor to resolve any issues. The only other schedule changes counselors will process the first week of school are straight course drops and adds if space allows. Schedules will not be rearranged to accommodate a change of mind.

BOOK PURCHASING
We are excited to introduce our new digital bookstore, launching this year in partnership with EdTech Solutions. This innovative system connects directly with PowerSchool andSchoology to automatically populate your student’s required textbooks and course materials based on their enrolled classes.
Gone are the days of searching through courses trying to determine which books to buy. Your student's personalized account will display exactly what they need for each course, ensuring accuracy and saving you time. The system updates in real-time if instructors make any changes to required materials.
Key Benefits for Your Family:
- Automatic Course Integration: Books appear in your student's account automatically based on their class schedule, ensuring 100% accuracy in required materials
- Time-Saving Convenience: Everything your student needs is pre-selected and ready for purchase
- Real-Time Updates: If instructors make changes to required materials, these updates will be reflected immediately in your student's account
- Comprehensive Selection: From textbooks to digital resources, lab manuals to supplementary materials, everything is available in one centralized location
For detailed instructions on how to access your account and make purchases, please see the resource links below from EdTech Solutions:
