2022 Black History Month Expressions Contest Winners

Guided by a quote from an African American in healthcare or from an African American on health and wellness in the Black community, all Mercy students were invited to submit an essay, a story, a piece of art, music, video, poetry, or any other creative form on the topic of “Health and Wellness in the Black Community.” Learn more about the contest requirements here.

March is Women's History Month, and the theme for International Women's Day is #BreaktheBias. Mrs. Smith reached out to several Mercy Alumnae to learn how their experience at Mercy helped them to #BreaktheBias. 2022 Student Art Exhibit

Check out some amazing student artwork during the Spring Musical and Open House March 18 - March 23.

Stroll through the evenings of Friday, March 18, Saturday, March 19, the afternoon of Sunday, March 20, during the school days on Monday, March 21-Wednesday, March 23, and during Open House on Wednesday, March 23 6:00pm-8:00pm. Exhibit is in the Auditorium/Gymnasium entrance Lobby area.

Service Shout Out

A special service shout out to Kayla Gendjar '23! Kayla has made 700 individually wrapped brownies for The Family of God Ministry which serves meals to the homeless in Southwest Detroit six days a week.
