All students are expected to stop by Mercy this day to take care of school business items. 

School ID / Picture Day  

School Photos and ID Photos will be taken and distributed. 

Please bring your personalized August Picture Day flyer regarding school portraits which were mailed to your home from HR Imaging Partners. The pre-printed envelope portion of the flyer is used as a camera card for all students. All students must be photographed regardless of 

whether or not you are purchasing a portrait package. The photo is used for a number of purposes including school records, student ID, yearbook and school composite to be displayed at Mercy. You can order picture packages with a credit card by going to or calling customer service at (800) 433-1766 or send cash or check in the envelopes provided.

Required School Forms

All required school forms must be submitted electronically on Privit by Monday, August 20th for all students. Students will not be allowed to attend classes if all forms are not turned in as of 8:00am, Tuesday, August 21. If applicable, turn-in the dispensing medication form and over the counter medication form. You may also drop off physical forms if you need assistance uploading to Privit.

Parking Passes

Submit Vehicle Registration Form online and bring Michigan Registration to receive your parking pass.

Yearbook Orders   
Order online here beginning August 13th with code 13826 or submit your yearbook order at Marlin Business Day for thediscounted rate of $60. Yearbooks will increase to $70 after August 20th.

Used Uniform Sale
The Mercy Mothers Club will be holding the Used Uniform Sale throughout Marlin Business Day.
