Farmington Optimist Club 2026 Student Leadership Award

Congratulations to Ellie Jamieson '27 who received the Farmington/Farmington Hills Optimist Club 2026 Student Leadership Award! This distinguished honor recognizes juniors who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to fostering positive human relationships.

From the moment Ellie arrived at Mercy, she has stood out as a compassionate and dependable leader, known for her insight, maturity, and commitment to others. She has served as a Class Officer and is a key member of the junior class leadership team. Ellie is also deeply involved in Mission and Ministry, where she leads prayer, organizes service opportunities, and lives out her strong faith. She remains active in several clubs and is a member of the tennis team.

Her dedication has earned her a place on Mercy’s Student Government Executive Board for the 2026–2027 school year.
