Chandravadana Koneru ’26 - Distinction Finalist Ohio State Morrill Scholarship & Program Scholar Finalist Wayne State University Med-Direct 8-Year Program

Congratulations to Salutatorian Chandravadana Koneru ’26 on two incredible scholarship achievements! Chandravadana has been named a Distinction Finalist for the Ohio State Morrill Scholarship—an outstanding honor awarded to just 25 students from a pool of nearly 75,000 applicants. This merit-based scholarship provides a full ride, covering tuition, books, fees, room, food and board. In addition, she was selected as a Program Scholar Finalist for Wayne State University’s Med-Direct 8-Year Program, a highly competitive opportunity that selects only 10 students nationwide with around a 1% acceptance rate into the program. This full-ride program not only covers all undergraduate costs (tuition, fees, room, food, and board) but also includes medical school tuition and paid medical research opportunities.
