Thank You Message from The Neighborhood House
"Mercy High School: Neighborhood House recognizes you as official Santa assistant elves. THANK YOU! We acknowledge and welcome all you do. Below is the story of how Mercy High School has helped us through the years.
A couple of years ago Mercy High School and Neighborhood House found each other. That first year the high school students gifted Neighborhood House with blankets. We had bed blankets, throws, and blankets made especially for the little ones in the family to snuggle up with, as well as, games for the whole family.
In February or March last year they did a pet supplies drive. They provided pet toys, food, and treats. Those were so welcome. Then this year Christmas came with the Mercy girls setting up a wish list on Amazon listing a selection of gift items such as slippers, underwear, crafting kits, stocking stuffers, assorted toys for the younger members of the family to come in and choose gifts for them to giver to their parents and siblings. Our families were given a wonderful Christmas season.
Mercy High School, we look forward to continuing our work together in the future. The Farmington/Farmington Hills Neighborhood House has been lucky enough to provide Santa with families that needed a little extra help each holiday season for many years and we hope to continue the tradition in the future by partnering with fantastic schools and organizations like yours."
