Conferences are scheduled to take place virtually via Google Meet on Thursday, March 5th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Five minute conferences with teachers will be scheduled using the online registration tool PTCFast.com. Counselors will schedule 10 minute meetings.

 

In order to schedule a parent-teacher conference, visit the the link below and follow all registration directions by March 4th at 11:59pm. The system does not allow for same day appointments.

 

 

Please ensure your name appears when joining Google Meet so that teachers can easily identify you in order to admit you. Please honor the five (5) minute time limit when meeting with each teacher.

 

An email will be sent with your final appointment time(s) and Google Meet link(s) directly from PTCFast.com. Information will be available on how to change or delete appointment times. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please remember to cancel.
