The 2024-2025 MAROON & GOLD FAMILY FUNDRAISER INFO

October 25, 2024 - November 4, 2024

OVERVIEW

Mercy families and staff will be selling tickets during the annual Maroon & Gold Raffle to benefit the General Fund, which supports curriculum enhancements, facility upgrades, and technology updates.

Every family is expected to sell at least 35 tickets per student/$175, per your enrollment agreement. Please keep in mind this is only the minimum, and we encourage everyone to sell more in support of meeting our $153,000 goal!

In lieu of purchasing tickets, you may make a tax deductible donation online here. Be sure to include your student's name to receive credit. 


IMPORTANT TICKET TURN IN INFO

Please see the Student and Family Info Sheet here for all of the details, as well as some key details below. 

  • Money and stapled ticket stubs (the small part) must be turned in together in your envelope/ziplock bag with your name and adviser group on it with matching funds. Each raffle ticket in the book MUST be filled out completely, not just the top ticket. 
  • Checks must be made out to Mercy High School.
  • Please return any unused tickets to the Advancement Office.
  • More tickets are available at the Reception Area.
  • Ticket winners must be 18 or older to collect winnings.
  • All tickets and money must be received by 8:00 AM Friday, November 8th to be eligible for the drawing.

OUT OF UNIFORM INCENTIVES

  • Out of Uniform Eligibility: 40 tickets / $200
  • Shorts Eligibility: 60 tickets / $300
  • Leggings Eligibility: 80 tickets / $400
  • Mercy Sweatshirt Eligibility: 100 tickets / $500: Wear your favorite Mercy sweatshirt for the rest of the year on Fridays!

  • Starbucks, Target, Owala Cups, Lululemon, Airpods and more!
  • Tickets must be turned into morning Adviser Group on Wednesday, October 30 to be eligible for prizes at the Mid-Week Assembly. Only those who have sold their minimum will be eligible.
  • Top Student Sales Prizes
  • Gold Medal Student Seller: Beats Studio Pro Headphones & $125 Cash
  • Silver Medal Student Seller: Airpods Pro & $100 Cash  
  • Bronze Medal Student Seller: $75 Cash 
  • Top seller in each grade: $50 Cash
  • Tickets must be turned in by Adviser Group on Monday November 4 to be eligible for top sales.
  • Top 3 Staff Sales Cash & Gift Card Prizes

DAYS OFF

  • 1st Goal: $100,000 - Days Off: 11/25 & 11/26
  • 2nd Goal: $125,000 - Day Off: 2/10
  • 3rd Goal: $153,000 - Day Off: 4/28
