Attention Sophomore Families:
Please find below important information sent to all Sophomores from the Counseling Office regarding the upcoming PreACT Testing Day on Tuesday, April 23. For more information about the test, go to act.org/preact. Questions can be directed to the Counseling Office.
The Mercy High School Counseling Staff
Attention Sophomores:
This email is to advise that all Sophomores will be taking the PreACT Exam at Mercy High School on Tuesday, April 23; 1st-4th Hours.
A few important notes for test day:
- It is critical that students be on time. You will be reporting directly to your testing room, as testing will start promptly at 8:00am. Attendance will take place in your testing room. Room assignment confirmations will be sent closer to the testing day. Remember to bring two #2 pencils and a permitted calculator. Click here or reference below to confirm what calculators are allowed and which ones are not.
- It's recommended you get a good night's sleep the night before the test and eat a nice breakfast the morning of, to better prepare for the test.
- Students will attend classes after the test; 5th-7th hours. Students who have authorized extended time will join whichever class is in session upon test completion.
