2023 Maroon & Gold Raffle Family Fundraiser

Published on 09/28/2023

2023 Maroon & Gold Raffle Family Fundraiser

The 2023-2024 MAROON & GOLD RAFFLE FUNDRAISER

September 29 - October 9

OVERVIEW

Mercy families and staff will be selling tickets during the annual Maroon & Gold Raffle to benefit the General Fund, which supports curriculum enhancements, facility upgrades, and technology updates.

Every family is expected to sell at least 35 tickets per student/30 tickets per student for families with multiple students, per your enrollment agreement. Keep in mind this is only the minimum, and we encourage everyone to sell more in support of meeting our $150,000 goal!

In lieu of purchasing tickets, you may make a tax deductible donation online mhsmi.org/giving/maroon-and-gold-donation. Be sure to include your student's name to receive credit.

All students will bring home their tickets and detailed information about the raffle family fundraiser tomorrow. They will also have an early dismissal on Friday to help kick start their sales.

TICKET TURN IN

  • Ticket stubs (the small part) along with the matching funds, either cash or check, should be turned in daily to your student's Advisor Group.
  • Double check tickets and money match.
  • Full payment must accompany each raffle ticket in order to count for awards and our total goal.
  • Each raffle ticket MUST be filled out completely, not just the top ticket, with buyer details and Student Name.
  • Keep all books STAPLED when they are submitted.
  • Checks can be made out to Mercy High School.
  • Additional tickets are available for pick up in the Reception Area.
  • Return any unused tickets to the Advancement Office or Reception Area as soon as possible.
  • Ticket winners must be 18 or older to collect winnings.
