You can register either of two ways for Fall Sports:
- a. In person: Aug. 11, 9 am-1 pm, in the Gym, bring all forms including physical
- b. E-mail April 15- Aug. 1 & mail or scan/email forms including physical

You MUST register to participate in a Fall Sport (Cross Country, Equestrian, Field Hockey, Golf, Swimming & Diving, & Volleyball). Make it easy; just scan & email your Physical and Forms to email@example.com (forms can be filled out on your iPad/Tablet). Do it now & beat the rush.
