There is still time dine for dollars at the Olga's Kitchen at Twelve Oaks Mall or the Shops at Old Orchard to support Mercy High School.  Stop by for lunch, dinner, or grab carry out on Thursday, October 29 from 10:30am-9:00pm.

Thanks to all alumnae who have stopped by Olga's Kitchen this month.  It is fun to see alumnae, staff, students, and parents dining for dollars to support Mercy. 

Mercy On the Move

Mercy was found in Wisconsin and Colorado this month.  Alumnae in Milwaukee, Wisconsin met for dinner on October 11.  Alums in the Mile High City gathered for a potluck luncheon and harpist performance in Denver, Colorado on October 24.  Special thanks to Milwaukee event organizer Jessica Smith '05 and to Denver event organizer Sue Conat-Stencel '74.

Open House

You can help keep enrollment strong at Mercy.  We encourage alumnae to share their Mercy story and invite 7th and 8th graders to tour Mercy and discover what it means to be a part of the Mercy family and TOUR THE NEWLY RENOVATED SCIENCE FACILITIES!

Join us for Mass

To commemorate the Feast of All Souls Mercy High School remembers our loved ones.

Please join us for Mass to celebrate the lives of Mercy’s deceased alumnae, staff, family, friends, and benefactors on Sunday, November 15th at 12pm in the Mercy Chapel. If you are unable to attend, please contact Jennifer Stark in the Alumnae Office with the names of those family and friends you would like included in our prayers and book of remembrance. 

An informal reception will follow Mass in the Advancement Office.  Stay for Mercy's Fall Play "I Remember Mama" at 2pm on November 15. Tickets are $8 at the door.

Lenten Reflection Survey

Alumnae Board member Carrie Fling Nantais '96 is organizing an evening of reflection during the Lenten season for Mercy alumnae. 

We would like your thoughts about how we can better serve our Mercy women during the Lenten Season. It is a season in our church calendar ripe for prayer, reflection and preparation for Easter.

It's a Celebration

Visit the Class Reunions page on the Mercy website for details about upcoming reunions.  The classes of 1969 and 1979 will gather to celebrate in November.  The class of 1999 will celebrate in December. 

I Remember Mama

Be enraptured and entertained at the Mercy High School Play "I Remember Mama." It's the classic tale of a Norwegian-American immigrant family in 1910 San Francisco that is guided by a loving and understanding mother. The story is told through a narrator, the oldest daughter, who, with her two sisters and brother, discovers what family truly means. By John Van Druten and adapted from Kathryn Forbes' Book "Mama's Bank Account."

Tickets are $8 and performances are held in the Mercy High School Auditorium.
