Mercy alumnae and friends gathered for the yearly Mercy Women's Lenten Series this month. Three new speakers were involved this year and each brought an inspiring perspective to each evening of reflection.
Sister Mary Ellen Howard, RSM '60 presented a Spirit of Healing on February 13. Linda Simonelli shared her program on Gifts of the Spirit on February 19. Mercy alumna Crystal Caruana Sullivan '88 shared Reflections on Mothering and Eucharist to round out the series.
Many special thanks to these gifted speakers and also to Leon's Family restaurant for the donation of delicious soups, the Haddad family for providing bottled water and desserts, Nino's for serving up the fresh bread, and especially Gina DeAgostino Gray '91 for coordinating the series.
