Mercy Alumnae Newsletter - November 2007

This is a time of year that we reflect on our life and give thanks for the many blessings we have received.  In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the Mercy staff and students participated in the annual Focus:  Hope Food Drive to provide food for Detroit families in need.   Each adviser group purchased everything from turkey and stuffing to cranberry sauce and desserts to help make the holiday special for deserving families.  The families were remembered during the all-school prayer service that was held the day of the food collection.

Keep up with your Mercy news!  A new section has been added to the Mercy website that highlights recent articles about Mercy.  From student accomplishments to recent events you can visit this page to see what's happening.  If you see an article in the news, please let us know!  Email Julie Earle, Communications Coordinator so that we can keep our site current.

Happy Thanksgiving!   I hope that you have an enjoyable holiday with friends and family.  ~ Jennifer Stark, Alumnae Coordinator
