Oh, what a night!  And, what an amazing AUCTION!  A spectacular spring fling was had by all at the 28th annual Mercy Auction held March 3rd.  450 guests of proud PARENTS, students, staff, alumnae, and friends filled Mercy to bask in the garden, dine on delights, and bid with heart on 624 silent and live items.  The Daisy Dog went for a nice high bid of $2,500, the pig roast for a $4,500 winning bid, the prize Black Angus Bull for a meaty $7,500, and three Mercy Administrative Team Dinners went for a whopping $6,000 each.  Even Principal Witte's Wish for a new school P.A. system raised over $12,000.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the entire Auction team of PARENTS, dedicated Chairperson Anita Sevier, Mercy faculty and staff, and generous Auction guests! Special THANKS to WDIV Anchor and evening Emcee Steve Garagiola and Auctioneer Joseph DuMouchelle for working their bidding magic with the Mercy crowd and Special Events Coordinators Erin Carlesimo and Diane Ludwinski for making this a beautiful benefit for young Mercy minds.
