If you are a Mercy Alum and need a high school transcript, please fill out and submit the form below or call Counseling Secretary Jennifer Burek at 248.893.3541. 

Keep in mind colleges usually require the official transcript be sent directly from the high school.  There is a $4.00 fee per transcript which should be sent to Mercy High School ATTENTION:  TRANSCRIPTS.  Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for processing.
