Thank you friends of Mercy for supporting the 33rd Annual Auction held February 25, 2012 at Mercy HIgh School. The evening was a resounding success filled with family, friendship, food, and fun. Guests bid to their heart's content on everything from electronics and jewelry, to gift certificates and trips. The handmade Mercy quilt went for a big bid and Witte's Wish brought in over $20,000.
The Auction is the result of the hard work and contributions of many months of planning and organization. Thank you to our Auction Coordinator Kari Weber, as well as the Auction Co-Chairs Anita Sevier and Terry Berg, Zena and Faris Namai, and Helen and Brian Stoick. Mercy parents make the Auction the success that it is, whether through the many hours of preparation, the support of gift parties, or making donations of auction items. Special recognition to Steve Garagiola, News Anchor and Master of Ceremonies, and art gallery owner and antique dealer Joseph DuMouchelle as our Auctioneer. These two remarkably generous men are solid pillars of support for our Auction.
Auction proceeds help every student at Mercy, both present and future, to achieve their educational goals.See you next year!
